Your profile information and the registration information you provide to set up your account is not sold, rented or leased to outside companies unless you specifically authorize us to do so, but may be used by UpNorth Services to collect statistical data and carry out internal marketing initiatives. You can control what information is available to other UpNorth.IM users including your profile information and presence information (in other words, whether or not you are online). You also can control which users are able to send you instant messages.

Using Instant Support from UpNorth Services's Websites

When a visitor to our website accesses our Instant Support services, they initiate an instant messaging session with one of our live operators. This session will involve questions and answers between the visitor and the live operator. UpNorth Services maintains transcripts of the dialogue during the session. These transcripts are used by UpNorth Services to assist the operator in addressing the questions by the visitor and directing that visitor to the appropriate person within UpNorth Services to answer specific questions the visitor may have. The transcripts are not disclosed to outside companies, however they may be reviewed internally from time to time to ensure the quality of our services.

Cookies
